Refund policy

At Mantra Ignis, each mug is printed on demand specifically for your order.
Because of this, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selections.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please notify us within 48 hours after delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photo of the outer packaging

Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Minor color variation due to screen display

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Used or washed items

Since all items are made to order, we do not offer exchanges unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds / Replacements

If your claim is approved:

  • After reviewing your claim, we may provide either a replacement or a refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your payment provider or bank.
